Pink/white cupcakes. (Mix white cake mix, split into three bowls. Add red to two of the bowls, more in one than the other, then layer the cupcake liners with the three coloured batters. A surprise with each bite. Do it in blue for a boy's bday. Or any colours really...how fun!
