Lemon Cupcakes w/ Lemon-Blueberry Buttercream - Halved the cupcake recipe and skipped the lemon extract. Divided the frosting ingredients by 4 (Wow, that would have made a ton of frosting!) and added more blueberry puree. Delicious, the lemon curd filling especially was to die for.
