Monkey Bread Muffins 3 (12 oz) pkgs refrigerated biscuit dough 1 c sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1 c butter 1 c brown sugar Put foil liners into muffin tin. Mix sugar & cinnamon in plastic bag. Cut biscuits into thirds, then cut into smaller pieces. Shake biscuit pieces in plastic bag, add all pieces to muffin cups. In sauce pan, melt butter & brown sugar. Boil for 1 minute. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture over each muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 17 minutes.
